Comprehensive development
Our education, based on the person, seeks to promote both the academic aspect and the personal dimension from the early years. Together with their families, students are taught to face life, deal with frustrations, and be aware of social responsibility.
Learning experiences
The students are educated in everyday spaces, where they can perfect their personal and social skills, their habits, their academic life, and the different personal dimensions.
Student Personal Plan (PPA)
From the moment the girls enter the school, a PPA (Student Personal Plan) is created with the aim to provide a comprehensive accompaniment for their development throughout their school years. This plan is worked on between the tutor and the families, seeking to understand the reality of each girl in order to achieve their greatest potential.
The Guidance Program
The Guidance Program plays a key role in the comprehensive development of students. It is a fundamental process in an adolescent’s life, as it supports the development of their life project.
The program offered at Upper School is designed to guide students through a process of self-discovery, which begins strongly in grade 9 and aims to conclude in grade 11 or the second year of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, with the selection and admission to university. This process creates opportunities to analyze both personal and external factors involved in making well-informed decisions.
The Guidance Counseling department provides individualized support to each student, guiding them through the exploration of peruvian and international universities, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.
